The candidates have to apply on the prescribed Performa included in the prospectus which can be obtained from the Institute against cash payment at the counter or by money order/bank draft payable to Managing Director, Kailash Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, payable at Panchkula. The classes will start during September/October.
