Program Information and Options

Overview

Post Graduate Nursing Diploma program is designed to meet the need for Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) to be competent for nursing licensure and nursing practice positions in the Canadian healthcare system. The IENs will participate in the assessments, analysis, advancement, application practice, and policy that direct care delivery. At the end of the program, IENs will acquire adequate knowledge about the Canadian healthcare system, the Canadian nursing professionals, licensing requirements, and available career pathways 

Program Duration

Instructional Hours: 850 Hours (34 weeks)*
Clinical Hours: 50 Hours (2 Weeks)
Preceptorship: 50 Hours (2 weeks)
Co-op Hours: 40 Hours/Weeks (21 Weeks)
